I need some Game Genie codes for Crusader of Centy on Sega Genesis, and I'm using an emulator, so...yeah. Anyway, I would like to have an invincibility code if possible. Thank You.

Protection from most attacks.


SD3A-FAY6
When you buy the "Apple of Life" (it normally increases
your max HP by 1) from the mermaid in Soleil, your max
HP will increase by 8 (instead of only 1). May work in
other areas as well.


SD3A-FAY6 + SBCT-FA1C
Anytime you get an "Apple of Life" (it normally
increases your max HP by 1), it will increase your max
HP by 8 (instead of only 1). Should work in all areas.

How do you people find Master Codes? What do you have to look for when making one?

A Master Code kills the check sum routine that some games use. Using a Game Genie code will upset the check sum and give you a blank screen. I'm currently writing a tutorial that explains how to make Master Codes, but it's not ready yet. In short, you look for a CMP opcode followed by a BNE opcode near the very beginning of the ROM. You then kill the routine with either a branch or NOP. EA (Electronic Arts) games usually have the check sum routine at the very end of the ROM.

I'll probably have the tutorial ready in a few weeks.

Crusader of Centy

1. ACRT-AA2E
Walking through walls (X). You can move through walls in horizontal direction.

2. ACWT-AA68
Walking through walls (Y). You can move through walls in vertical direction.

3. ACZA-AA6N
Disable "active areas". Active areas are roof, waterfall, lava, pits, spikes, buttons, etc. For example, you can walk on lava or above the pit, but if you want to press a button (by jumping on it), or push a block, you must disable this code.

4. ALGA-AA72
Invincible after single hit. As far as I know, with this code turned on you can take damage only by walking on risky areas . But you can easily disable them using the code #3...
The downside is that you can't take a coin or an apple, but you still can take gold apples.

5. ADEA-CA6W
Almost invincible. Better than above code. The same downside.

6. AJRA-GA9W
All animals pictures are shown.

7. AJTA-GA8T
All animals descriptions are shown.

8. AJNT-GA3G
You can use all animals.

NOTE: I recommend simultaneous using of codes 6, 7 and 8. By the way, these codes doesn't affect your real quantity of animals, but you can, if you return selected animal to his cell. Codes 6+7+8 also give you 2 secret items: the hand (gives you all animals) and the eye (which resets game).
